What You'll Do

As an Electrical Engineer, you'll drive the design and performance of electrical systems for commercial buildings, including:

  • Designing efficient, code-compliant systems (power, lighting, low-voltage)

  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources

  • Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers

  • Collaborating with clients, contractors, and cross-disciplinary teams

  • Creating and reviewing construction documents (AutoCAD; Revit a plus)

  • Enhancing internal QA/QC and documentation standards

What You Bring

  • 5–10 years of electrical design experience in commercial buildings

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

  • PE license , but not required

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a bonus)

  • Proven ability to lead design, manage projects, and mentor staff

  • Strong communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
