Our Greensboro, NC plant is seeking a driven Electrical Engineer to support facility and equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our production systems. You'll work hands-on with electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems to ensure minimal downtime and optimal efficiency. This position offers opportunities to lead preventive maintenance efforts, troubleshoot complex systems, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plant machinery and systems including electrical, electro-mechanical, and pneumatic components

• Perform both minor and major repairs on production and facility equipment

• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled

• Use electrical test equipment, meters, and scopes to identify problems and implement solutions

• Support inventory control of parts and tools

• Assist in training electricians and mechanics

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment aligned with 5S and safety standards

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and the companys Quality Policy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment

• Strong skills in reading technical manuals, schematics, and operating procedures

• Proficient in using meters, scopes, and other diagnostic tools

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
