Goals and Deliverables / Objectives & ResponsibilitiesCore SkillsHV & LV installation and testingInstrumentation installation and testingExperience RequirementCompleted technical training (e.g. CIRA, electricity, etc.)At least 15 years of successful experience in electrical and/or instrumentation roles on industrial complexesKey Objectives & ResponsibilitiesWorking within the E&I team, you will:Enforce site safety rules in close coordination with HSEMonitor site progress against the project schedule; proactively alert the site manager of deviations and anticipate upcoming macro?level activitiesOversee all electricity activities on siteSupport planning and schedule updates for construction and pre?/commissioning activitiesTrack and review vendor progressEnsure assembly compliance with project plans and AL E&C global quality standardsMonitor and evaluate design changes via the issuance of AFCs to control quantitiesAssist various design offices as neededEnsure all on?site inspections occur per inspection plans (aided by the QA/QC, MoS and JSA teams)Lead daily site coordination meetings across all teamsValidate weekly site progress with supervisors using project control toolsEnsure required certifications are obtained for all factory elementsSupport the contract specialist in validating or rejecting extra works based on specificationsCollaborate with project team to develop specifications aligned with on?site scopeConduct quality audits in coordination with the site quality managerMaintain the quality file as per the validated inspection planCapitalise on key learnings (both positive and negative) to create an E&I capitalisation file at project closeOrganise weekly engineering meetings to track and resolve anomalies
