Vehicle Technician - Field-Based (Auto Electrical / CCTV Installations)

Location- leicestershire

Hours: 37-40 per week - Flexible to cover night shifts

Salary: £30,000-£37,000 + company vehicle

We are seeking a field-based Vehicle Technician with an auto-trade or auto-electrical background to deliver high-quality installations and maintenance on vehicle CCTV and driver assistance systems across a diverse client base.

The role of Vehicle Technician will involve

* Handling daily fault reports

* Diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, including vehicle CCTV and driver aid systems

* Planned maintenance activities

* Installation projects across bus, coach, rail, and mixed fleets

* Communicating professionally with customers and garage engineers

The ideal candidate for the Vehicle Technician will have:

* Experience in vehicle technology or auto-electrical environments

* Confident diagnosing and repairing auto electrical and driver aid system fault

* Bus, coach, or rail electrical experience advantageous

* Flexibility to work occasional night shifts as needed

* UK Driving Licence

* Proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent customer communication
