Electrical Engineer- Industrial Electro-Mechanical Machinery
We are a manufacturing company that designs and builds electro-mechanical equipment, including custom water treatment systems, packaging machinery, and food processing equipmentranging from the size of a blender to as large as a house. Due to our growth, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to design and program electrical systems. This is a newly created position, open to mid-to-senior-level candidates.
Responsibilities

Design and program electrical systems that meet project requirements and industry standards.

Configure components and lay out control panels.

Create schematics and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical.

Build and test prototypes, troubleshooting and improving electrical designs.

Research and select components that meet specifications, quality, and cost requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineers, Software Engineers, and Production teams to integrate electrical systems into product designs.

Document design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.

Resolve electrical issues during production and post-production.

Stay updated on the latest electrical engineering technologies and trends.
Requirements

Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools.

Strong understanding of electrical components and their applications.

Experience in electrical design, product development, or a related field.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with electrical safety standards and regulations.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience. We are considering non-degreed candidates that have the years of experience, skills and desire.
