Key Responsibilities:

Design and test electrical systems and components to meet project and client requirements.

Conduct research and evaluate electrical systems, products, and applications using a deep understanding of electricity and materials.

Develop and implement testing methods to confirm component capabilities and ensure system performance.

Translate customer requirements into high-quality, manufacturable products through detailed design and prototyping.

Improve and modify equipment and manufacturing processes to support efficient assembly and production of electrical components.
-
Assure product quality and system functionality through rigorous electrical testing methods.
-
Collect, analyze, and summarize engineering data to prepare reports and support decision-making.

Provide technical support and respond to internal and external engineering-related inquiries.
-
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations to ensure safe and legal product development.

Keep equipment and systems operational through regular maintenance and troubleshooting.

Contribute to product database management and design tools through programming and data entry.

Train and guide technicians to ensure successful project completion and knowledge transfer.

Stay current on industry best practices by attending workshops, reviewing literature, and participating in professional groups.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university (Master’s degree ).

2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, including internships or co-op programs.

Experience with electronic testing design, production technologies, and system analysis.

Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) .

Strong skills in troubleshooting, quality focus, process improvement, and project management.

Proficiency in database design, technical reporting, and innovation-driven development.

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
