The candidate will be the Electrical – I&C Supervisor at the construction site in Tel-Aviv, Israel. Supervises Electrical-I&C works related to the installation and the commissioning of the process equipment which process municipal solid waste and all the equipment of the auxiliary facilities related with of the process of the leachate and the air ducts of the industrial ventilation and de-dusting networks. Reporting to the Electrical – Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Leader Supervisor , the main tasks of the role are: Monitor the electrical – I&C construction works to ensure that the works comply with the design and the technical documentation. Provide guidance regarding the correct implementation of the electrical – I&C installation works to the engineers of the client and the personnel of the subcontractors. Organize and participate in the required electrical – I&C and process performance tests and inspections of the overall plant and the components of the equipment to ensure compliance with the design and the technical documentation. Regarding non-compliances, prepare written reports and notifications addressed to the electrical – I&C leader supervisor. Meticulously collect and maintain a database for all the information required to be incorporated in the electrical – I&C us built drawings. Meticulously collect and maintain a database for all the documents required according to the Quality Assurance Plan regarding electrical – I&C works. Organize the training of the plant personnel. Requirements BSc in Electrical Engineering. Advanced in English language. Advanced in MS Office (word, excel) Experience in Autocad, Inventor and Navisworks Experience in reading and troubleshooting of multiline electrical and I&C drawings in large and complicated process lines. Working experience 5+ years of experience in the selection, installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical-I&C hardware used in material handling equipment of solid waste management facilities (conveying equipment, feeders, screens, air classifiers, optical sorting machines, ballistic separators). or 10+ years of similar experience in other (not relevant to solid waste) bulk material handling or wastewater facilities.
