Location: 46 Darby Road, Paoli, PA 19301
Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time opportunities also available)
Salary: $22 – $27 per hour (based on experience and skills)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Enclosure Panel Builder to join our growing team in Paoli, PA. If you have a background in industrial electrical panel building and enjoy working with precision and quality, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and well-equipped environment. You’ll receive ongoing training, including in our UL508A MCR program, and have access to excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities:

Layout and wire electrical control panels for industrial control cabinets according to drawings and electrical schematics

Install various electronic components including PLCs, relays, motors, switches

Route, bundle, and label wire and cables in an organized and professional manner

Organize components per specifications (DIN rails, relays, contactors, etc.)

Wire equipment to proper voltage levels using industry-standard codes

Follow wiring standards and quality guidelines

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and production goals
Work Schedule:

8-hour shifts, with potential for overtime

Flexible start and end times
-
Building hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualifications:
-
1–2 years of direct experience in industrial electrical panel building required

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
-
Strong understanding of component layout and organization
-
Ability to wire equipment accurately to required voltage levels and per industry-standard coding
-
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a neat work area
