Sayres is seeking Electrical/Electronics Engineer III with ability to obtain secret clearance in in Philadelphia PA.

This is a significant engineering and technical support effort tied to the Navy's propulsion, power , and ship systems testing infrastructure located at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. The contract supports some of the Navy's most critical land-based test facilities before technologies are installed aboard ships.

Position Summary

The Electrical/Electronics Engineer III supports the design, development, integration, and testing of electrical and electronic systems, equipment, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze electrical and electronic systems.
• Develop engineering calculations and technical documentation.
• Support equipment testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Evaluate motor control systems and machinery controls.
• Review drawings and technical specifications.
• Support system integration and field testing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical/electronics engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years working with electrical motors and machinery controls.
