Oar Staffing is conducting a search for an Electrical/Electronic Firmware Engineer for a MANUFACTURING client in the Akron area

THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE

90K - 100K

Brief Details about the Opportunity:

• Understand Electrical Current Theory

• Troubleshoot circuity as it relates to PCB & circuitry 

• Writing, testing, and debugging firmware for embedded systems using like C and C++

• Conducting system-level testing to identify and resolve issues related to firmware and hardware interaction

• Designs, develops, and maintains the low-level software that controls the functionality of hardware devices

• Microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM, AVR, PIC) and peripheral interfaces (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, USB)

• Electrical schematics and component datasheets

• Linux is a PLUS

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
