Oar Staffing is partnering with a rapidly growing client to fill multiple Electrical/Electronic Assembler Technician positions. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay and long-term career growth.

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $22.00 – $33.00/hour + Overtime Available

Position Overview

We are looking for skilled technicians with experience or training in electrical and mechanical assembly. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working with voltages up to 220V and possess strong attention to detail.

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical assembly

• Mechanical assembly

• Point-to-point wiring

• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and electrical schematics

• Use of hand tools and power tools

• Lift up to 30 lbs as needed

• Soldering experience is a plus (training available)

✅ Qualifications:

• Comfortable working with up to 220 volts

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Experience with electrical and mechanical tools

• Basic soldering skills (or willingness to learn)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
