Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineer, EIT at Counsel Engineers, LLC, based in Dallas, TX. The Electrical Engineer, EIT will be responsible for electrical design work, including developing power distribution and power systems designs. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing electrical plans, conducting necessary calculations, and working collaboratively with other engineers and clients to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering
- Understanding of Electricity, Power Distribution, and Power Systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Experience with design software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification or eligibility for certification
- Previous experience in the MEP engineering industry (2-5 yrs)
