BIM Designer – Electrical / MEP

Seeking an experienced BIM Designer/Modeler to support a critical 3D modeling and coordination phase for a large industrial facility in Bastrop, Texas (Outside of Austin)

\n

\n

Contract to Hire | Hybrid Remote - Must be able to work onsite 4 to 5 days of the week | No C2C

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Develop and modify Revit MEP and AutoCAD models.

\n

• Model and coordinate electrical systems, including cable tray, conduit, equipment, and power connections.

\n

• Support detailed 3D coordination around major industrial equipment.

\n

• Coordinate electrical work with mechanical, structural, and other MEP systems.

\n

• Perform clash detection and resolution using Revit and/or Navisworks.

\n

• Update models based on design changes and field conditions.

\n

• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other BIM/MEP disciplines.

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Strong hands-on Revit MEP experience.

\n

• Electrical BIM/modeling experience.

\n

• Experience with industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, or other complex facilities.

\n

• Knowledge of cable tray, conduit, electrical equipment, and 3D MEP coordination.

\n

• Navisworks experience .

\n

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven modeling environment.
