Electrical Designer

Job Description

Action Group Staffing is currently seeking candidates for an Electrical Designer position to fill an opening with a company located in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have a CAD Certification and 2-5 years experience in the industry with knowledge of electrical industry standards.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Pay: $60-90k per year

Minimum 2-5 years of experience

Must be LOCAL to Tulsa, OK

Requirements of the Electrical Designer:

· Successful candidates will demonstrate a history of punctuality, dependability, and working well within a team environment.

· Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

· Knowledge of industry standards including NEC, NFPA, 70E, IEEE NESC

· Understanding of Automation Theory, application and equipment

· Working knowledge of electrical design tasks and packages, one-line diagrams, conduit & cable schedules

· Take initiative and own their tasks and projects

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Work in a team environment and contribute to team initiatives

· Work with customers to understand needs and develop project opportunities

· Mentor other designers and drafters
