Whether you’re an established engineer ready to lead projects and mentor junior engineers, or a recent graduate looking for a structured career pathway, we want to hear from you.\n\nThe role can be based at either of their offices - Portsmuth or Monmouth, fleixble and hybrid working is available as long as candidates are able to travel to either office as required.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n\n Lead and manage electrical design projects from concept to completion.\n\n Ensure designs comply with British Standards, legislation, and building regulations.\n\n Provide technical expertise and project guidance to clients and stakeholders.\n\n Mentor and develop Graduate Engineers within the team.\n\n Conduct site visits, surveys, and final sign-offs on completed works.\n\n Work closely with mechanical, structural, CAD, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.\n\n Prepare and modify engineering calculations, layouts, and project specifications.\n\n Contribute to PQQ/SQ and ITT tender submissions.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n✅ HND/BEng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering .\n\n✅ 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering (or recent graduate applicants welcome).\n\n✅ Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office 365, and NBS Chorus.\n\n✅ Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.\n\n✅ A Full UK Driving Licence.\n\n✅ Security clearance (or ability to obtain SC level clearance).\n\nBonus Skills:\n\n⭐ Chartered status (CEng) with IET or CIBSE.\n\n⭐ Experience with BREEAM, DREAM, Revit, MagiCAD, Amtech, and Dialux.\n\n⭐ Project management experience in building services.\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\n Competitive salary + Bonus & Benefits.\n\n Work on high-profile Government & MOD projects.\n\n Hybrid/Flexible working available.\n\n Career progression & funded learning opportunities.\n\n Supportive team environment with mentorship opportunities.\n\nIf you’re an experienced or fledgling Electrical Design Engineer, ready to take on exciting and impactful projects, apply now and be part of our growth journey.\n\n Salary: £27,500 - £65,000 depending on level of experience\n\n Location: Portsmouth (Hybrid Working Available)\n\n Apply today
