Electrical Design Engineer

Are you an Electrical Design Engineer seeking a role where you will be the technical lead, designing complex, bespoke power solutions for a manufacturer that has doubled its revenue in just four years?

This market leading global company is currently entering its most aggressive growth phase yet. Having doubled their revenue and sales in the last 48 months, they are looking for a technical expert to join their "family-first" culture and drive complex engineering projects for the next decade.

In this role, you will design complex, custom electrical solutions. You will act as the expert for sales teams and provide critical oversight on the production floor. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this role offers a clear fast-track to Lead or Supervisor positions. You will benefit from expert mentorship while enjoying a flexible schedule and a remote-day option.

This role would suit an ambitious Electrical Design Engineer seeking high-level technical autonomy and a clear fast-track to management.

The Role:

• Direct all design aspects of custom power solutions, acting as the primary technical expert for sales and production teams.
• Lead complex product design and CAD modeling, ensuring all units meet bespoke customer specifications.
• Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm with flexible start/end times to support work-life balance.

The Person:

• Proven design experience within the power distribution or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Strong technical background in product design, CAD, and high-voltage or power systems.
• Electrical Engineering degree or similar qualification
