This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of post-graduate experience in the architecture or construction industry, looking to take the next step in their career. The successful applicant will be supported by a structured mentoring and development plan and will report directly to a Senior/Principal Engineer, as part of the strategic growth of their Manchester office.

About the Role
This is not a project-specific role but part of their long-term strategic expansion in Manchester. The successful candidate will contribute to a diverse range of projects, working initially alongside the principal electrical on a 44-storey residential tower and Two data centre infrastructure upgrade projects
Candidate Profile
They are looking for someone who has:
Proven experience across all RIBA work stages, with strong demonstrable involvement at Stages 4 and 5
Project experience in the residential, healthcare, and education sectors
An interest in or willingness to develop in the data centre sector, which is a key area of growthWhy Join them?
