I am working with a well-established and highly respected building services consultancy that is looking to appoint an Electrical Associate Director to play a key leadership role within its growing team.

The Role As an Electrical Associate Director, you will provide technical leadership and strategic support to a team of electrical engineers while maintaining involvement in project delivery and technical excellence.
You will play a leading role within the Windsor office, helping to develop engineers, improve standards and contribute fresh ideas that support the continued success of the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and managing the electrical engineering team
Providing technical leadership and guidance across projects
Carrying out QA and peer reviews
Maintaining high technical standards across all project work
Mentoring and developing engineers at different stages of their careers
Supporting business growth through innovation and continuous improvement
Working closely with senior leadership to influence the future direction of the teamWhat You'll Need
Strong background in Building Services Electrical Design
Proven experience in a senior or leadership-level position
Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Ability to mentor, coach and inspire engineers
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive mindset with the drive to introduce new ideas and improvements
