Job Description

We are working with a Global facilities provider who is seeking a experienced Electrical Days Engineer to join the team on one of their largest contracts in central London.\n\nThis is a brilliant opportunity to work in partnership with a global tech giant in their brand new European HQ. Working within a state of the art property that offers an incredible amount technical exposure.\n\nHours: Mon – Fri / 8am – 5pm\n\nElectrical Engineer Key Responsibilities\n\n * Carry out scheduled PPMs on electrical systems and equipment.\n\n * Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently.\n\n * Perform fault diagnosis, repair works, and minor installations.\n\n * Test and inspect electrical systems, including emergency lighting and fire alarm checks.\n\n * Maintain compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.\n\n * Accurately complete job reports and update service logs.\n\n * Support other engineers and contractors on-site where required.\n\nCandidate Requirements\n\n * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.\n\n * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).\n\n * 2391 or 2394/2395 Inspection & Testing (desirable).\n\n * Experience in a commercial FM environment.\n\n * Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently.\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Competitive salary\n\n * Overtime opportunities\n\n * Pension scheme and holiday allowance\n\n * Training and career development\n\n * Stable role within a respected FM provider
