\n A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Lewisham. CBW is currently looking for an Electrical Day Shift Engineer to be based in a Healthcare environment in Lewisham. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G, 18th Edition, etc.) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.\n
\n
\n Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £48,900 for further training and career progression.\n
\n
Duties & Responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution)

\n

• Emergency lighting

\n

• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

\n

• Chillers - Re-set

\n

• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)

\n

• Monitor the mechanical plant

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• Pumps, motors

\n

• Water Treatment

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)

\n

• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.

\n

• Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.

\n

• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.

\n

• 4 on 4 off - Days Only

\n

• 7 am - 7 pm

\n

• Up to £48,900

• 22-day shift holiday

• Overtime available

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Level 3 in Electrical Installations (C&G, NVQ etc)

\n

• 18th Edition

\n

• A proven track record in Building Maintenance

\n

• Good Communication Skills.

\n

• Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.

\n

• Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV (Desirable)

\n

• Good Leadership & Management skills

\n
