- Install, configure, and maintain automation equipment such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, servos, and robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot control systems and perform root cause analysis on machine failures and programming errors.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Maintain and modify PLC/HMI programs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron).
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on automated machinery and equipment.
- Support production teams by ensuring maximum equipment uptime and resolving real-time automation issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of
