HireNow Staffing is now hiring an Electrical Controls Maintenance Technician for a leading food and manufacturing facility in Lake Odessa, MI. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician with a background in industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and automation to join a highly reputable company offering great pay, benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. What You'll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems, control panels, and automation equipment
• Work with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), VFDs, HMI systems, and SCADA controls
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent electrical breakdowns
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to optimize equipment uptime
• Maintain compliance with plant safety protocols and electrical codes

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, motor controls, and low-voltage systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and control diagrams
• Experience with food or packaging equipment is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required, technical training or certifications a plus
