Electrical Contracts Manager/ Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic company working on large-scale commercial electrical projects across London.



You’ll be overseeing an existing Project Manager and managing live projects across Hammersmith, with more major developments on the horizon – including a year-long project in Mayfair.



This is a permanent opportunity, offering flexibility between CIS day rate or PAYE annual salary, depending on your preference.



Current Projects Include:



* Office refurbishment



* College redevelopment



* Hotel installation

(All valued between £500k to £2 million, electrical is third tier)



✅ What We're Looking For:



* Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager



* Solid background in commercial electrical projects (office, education, hospitality)



* Confident overseeing teams and multiple projects simultaneously



* Experience working on projects valued over £1 million



* Comfortable working on-site and from the office (office based in Thurrock)



* Able to manage project lifecycles from planning to completion



* Strong communicator, highly organised, and detail-driven



* Immediate availability
