Exeter (initially), transitioning to Plymouth - Derriford Hospital site (commutable from Torquay, Newton Abbot, Tavistock & surrounding areas)

Are you an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager looking to take the lead on a landmark healthcare project that will leave a lasting legacy in the South West?
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering a major £48 million hospital development, overseeing the full electrical package from early-stage coordination through to final completion.
In this role, you'll take ownership of electrical delivery on a flagship scheme, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure programme, quality, and safety objectives are achieved. You'll gain exposure to large-scale MEP coordination, advanced healthcare systems, and structured project delivery methodologies, offering excellent scope for technical progression and leadership growth.
This role is for a nationally recognised engineering and infrastructure services organisation known for delivering complex, high-value projects across critical sectors including healthcare, defence, and public infrastructure.
This position would suit an Experienced Electrical Contracts Manager looking to work on an exciting project with growth potential.
The Role:
Lead electrical delivery, ensuring programme and budget targets are me
Coordinate MEP teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Manage labour, materials, and resources efficiently
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standardsThe Candidate:
Experience delivering large-scale MEP/electrical projects
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and BS 7671
Proven leadership in fast-paced project environments
