Contracts Manager (Electrical)\n\nLocation: NW London / Hertfordshire\n\nContract Type: Permanent\n\nCompany: Electrical Contracting / Building Services\n\nSalary: £65,(Apply online only) - £80,(Apply online only)\n\nA well-established electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to manage electrical packages across 2x projects at a time ranging between £1m-£5m. This is a full-time position with huge potential to further growth. \n\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, client relationships, management of the supervisory teams on site, working to the clients specification.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nUnderstand client requirements and deliver a seamless service across all projects\nDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with site teams\nManage and support forepeople, electricians and other people under you on site Have a strong commercial awareness throughout project delivery\nReview and continually improve project delivery, quality, and safety performance\nToolbox talks\nLiaise with commercial and preconstruction teams on won tenders\nRequirements\n\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager role\nStrong background managing electrical packages within large construction sites\nCommercially astute with strong programme management skills\nProven experience leading, mentoring, and developing project teams\nStrong IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint\nAbility to manage, track, and report against project programmes\nFlexible approach to travel and site visits\nQualifications\n\nRelevant electrical or construction qualification (preferred)\nSMSTS or SSSTS\nCSCS Card\nFull UK driving licence\nIf you’re a Contracts Manager, Project Manager looking for a genuine opportunity to develop your career and take on new challenges, please contact Damian Kostromski on (phone number removed), or send your CV via email \n\nAll applications are treated in the strictest confidence.\n\nO’Neill and Brennan values and promotes equality, All individuals will be treated in a fair and equal manner and in accordance with the law regardless of , marital status, race, , , , or sexual
