Electrical Contracts Manager – Residential & Commercial Projects

London (Sites Across Greater London)

£60,000 – £70,000 + Package (DOE)

Are you an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager looking to take the lead on high-value residential and commercial projects in London?



We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and fast-growing M&E contractor delivering multi-million-pound luxury residential and mixed-use commercial developments across the capital. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee a portfolio of prestigious projects and join a company with a strong pipeline of work.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple electrical contracts from pre-construction through to completion



*



Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to ensure project delivery



*



Supervise and coordinate site teams and subcontractors



*



Monitor budgets, variations, progress reports, and risk assessments



*



Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and company standards



*



Attend progress meetings and provide regular updates to senior management



*



Conduct site inspections and quality control checks



*



Assist with tendering and procurement where required



Requirements:



*



Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager within the residential and/or commercial sector



*



Background in managing high-end residential developments essential



*



Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and site practices



*



Excellent leadership, planning, and organisational skills



*



Ability to manage multiple contracts and meet strict deadlines



*



Electrical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2391, and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)



*



SMSTS or SSSTS ()



*



Full UK Driving Licence



Package:

Competitive salary of £60,000 – £70,000 (based on experience)
