Electrical Construction Manager – Power Plant Project - Onsite

Earthstream are currently partnered with an international EPC company that specialises in energy projects, who are looking for an Electrical Construction Manager to join the team and oversee the electrical installation of a combined cycle power plant in Poland.

As the Electrical Construction Manager you will be responsible for working collaboratively to assist in delivering the project on time, safely and in line with the project plan.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing subcontractors
• Liaising with project and construction managers to align site progress
• Interfacing with project management and client representatives to resolve technical and any scheduling issues
• Ensuring all works are fully compliant with current legislation

Essential skills and experience

• Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on CCGT projects
• Strong experience managing electrical installation on large projects
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong IT skills, specifically with the use of Microsoft office
• Strong command of English
• Time management, problem-solving, organizational skills, critical thinking
• University or Technical Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
