Role: Electrical Construction Manager

Location: Memphis, TN
Employment Type: 13 week W2 contract to full-time hire
Compensation: $60/hr + $125 daily per diem if traveling (will only be while on contract)

Shift: Day Shift

Hours: 60 hours/week

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Managing relationships with contractors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, from pre-construction and site development through commissioning and controls.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Align construction schedules through cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with teams to guide commissioning and resolve issues efficiently.
• Deliver regular updates for stakeholders.
• Perform take-offs to monitor progress
• Manage change orders and control costs.
• Lead site safety initiatives

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of electrical construction experience managing data center or mission-critical projects.
• Deep expertise in construction management, commissioning, and site operations.
• Proven ability to lead on-site with authority and build trust with vendors, partners, and technical teams.
• Experience managing large programs with multiple vendors.
• Strong problem solving ability.
