Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial electrical construction activities from initiation to completion.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
- Prepare and manage construction-related documents, including estimates, contracts, and change orders.
- Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to assess progress, resolve conflicts, and support field staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field.
- Knowledge of electrical systems; electrical engineering degree or electrician's license is a plus.
- Proficiency in construction contract terminology and drawing specifications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with effective communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and estimating fundamentals.
