Electrical Construction Manager – Data Centre\n\nWest London\n\nFreelance | Main Contractor\n\nA leading Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile Data Centre project in West London. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex, mission-critical MEP works in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage and oversee the day-to-day on-site delivery of all electrical works\nCoordinate subcontractors, design teams, and site teams to ensure efficient workflow and issue resolution\nEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations, technical standards, and client requirements\nMonitor programme, budgets, and progress reporting\nSupport commissioning, handover, and quality assurance processes\nIdentify and proactively mitigate construction risks\nEssential Experience:\n\nProven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on Data Centres, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial projects\nStrong understanding of electrical systems, installation sequencing, and site logistics\nExcellent leadership, team management, and communication skills\nExperience working within a main contractor or tier-one subcontractor environment
