Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electrical permits and inspections by preparing and submitting applications to relevant jurisdictions in the DMV area.
  • Track and report on the status of project permits and inspections to ensure timelines are met.
  • Schedule project inspections with the appropriate authorities and communicate status updates to the project team.
  • Prepare and organize product submittals for electrical construction projects and manage closing documents.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for project reports and documentation to ensure easy access and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience in a similar role will be considered.
  • Knowledge of the electrical trade is a plus.
