Electrical Commissioning Manager – Commercial – Central London\n\nOur client is a large and well-established MEP Sub-Contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major Mechanical & Electrical Packages on behalf of Tier:1 main contractors involved in ‘technology’ schemes including Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor plants and heavy industrial projects.\n\nDue to continued growth, our client is now seeking an experienced Electrical Commissioning Manager to join their team based on a Commercial build in Central London.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Plan and Lead Electrical Commissioning Activities\n\nDevelop and manage the electrical commissioning programme in line with project milestones, ensuring all systems — including LV distribution, life safety, lighting, and controls — are tested, energised, and handed over safely and efficiently.\n\n * Coordinate with Project and Specialist Teams\n\nLiaise closely with project engineers, site managers, QA/QC teams, and specialist subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of commissioning into the construction schedule.\n\n * Oversee Testing, Witnessing & Certification\n\nManage the execution and witnessing of all required tests, ensuring documentation is completed to meet client, consultant, and regulatory requirements for system sign-off and handover.\n\n * Interface with Client and Stakeholders\n\nRepresent the commissioning function in client meetings, site walkdowns, and technical workshops, providing updates and ensuring alignment across all key stakeholders.\n\n * Ensure Compliance and Quality Control\n\nGuarantee all electrical commissioning works adhere to project specifications, British Standards, and health & safety regulations, delivering a snag-free, technically complete handover package.\n\nRequirements\n\nMust have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background\n\nMust have 10+ years’ experience in a similar role on Large-scale construction projects\n\nMust have UK Passport or RTW in the UK\n\nBenefits\n\n£80,000 - £100,000 + Benefits
