Electrical Cabinet Assembler
Location: Minden, NV 89423
Pay: $20.00/hour
Job Type: 7-Month Contract

We're seeking dependable, hands-on Electrical Cabinet Assemblers who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy working in a manufacturing environment. If you have experience assembling electrical panels, wiring control cabinets, reading schematics, and working with electrical components, this is an excellent opportunity to join a team producing critical electrical systems used in industrial applications.

What You'll Do
- Assemble electrical control cabinets and industrial control panels according to engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
- Install and mount components including relays, terminal blocks, circuit breakers, switches, and other electrical devices
- Route, cut, label, terminate, and connect wiring per specifications
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, layout drawings, and work instructions
- Verify assemblies meet quality standards and engineering requirements
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete builds
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, cabinet assembly, or a manufacturing environment
- Experience building industrial control panels or electrical cabinets
- Understanding of electrical schematics and wiring layouts
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures
