Role : Electrical Building Maintenance Engineer \n Location : London\n\nPackage £35-40,000pa DOE / 40 hour week / 22 + 8 days holiday / door to door / 1 in 8 on call / Van with some private use / pension / mobile\n\nThe Role\n \n We have been established for over 50 years providing heating, air conditioning, fire protection and ventilation services to our long standing clients across the South East. We mainly work in schools, retailers and commercial office buildings across London and proud of the reputation we have built which has meant we have had a lot of our clients since starting up!\n \n We are currently seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer who holds electrical experience to work across our sites in London.\n \n Key Responsibilities: \n\nCarrying out PPMS on AHUS, Ventilation, fire alarms and general plumbing duties\nCarrying our fire alarm checks, water monitoring and weekly building checks\nBasic electrical maintenance\nCollaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently\nFollow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations\nProvide excellent customer service and address client concernsPackage:\n\n£35,000 - £40,000 per year\nFull time/permanent position\n40 hour working with ( most our guys are home by 5pm )\n22 + 8 days holiday\nDoor to door payment\nVan with private use on\n1 in 8 on call\nPension / tools / laptop
