Job DescriptionElectrical Bias Building Services Engineer Location: Basingstoke - Southampton Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Up to £47,000 (dependent on experience) - Travel time paid after 30mins each way A leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor with a strong family culture is seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer to join their mobile team. This is a varied role combining electrical expertise with general M&E maintenance, offering stability, career development, and the opportunity to work with a well-respected business. Key Responsibilities Service and maintain BMS front-end systems Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and mechanical plant Diagnose and repair faults across electrical and mechanical systems Undertake general M&E maintenance tasks, including: Emergency lighting tests Water temperature monitoring AHU and FCU maintenance Minor plumbing repairs Reactive maintenance? Provide excellent client-facing service, maintaining strong on-site relationships ?
