Role: Electrical Aviation Tester\n\nLocation: Cheltenham\n\nDuration: 12 months (likely extensions)\n\nRate:\n\nBase rate - £17.20\n\nSwing rate - (Earlies + Lates) £20.95\n\nWeekend rate - £22.88\n\nKey roles and Responsibilities include:\n\nTesting Avionics products\nDefined product quality standards and assessment criteria.\nCollaborated with production teams to meet performance and productivity targets.\nKept databases updated with relevant technical documentation and\nGood understanding of technical drawings and instructions \n\nExperience and qualifications:\n\nElectrical testing understanding\nSelf-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude\nGood concentration and attention to detail\nGood Understanding of manufacturing business systems i.e. TipQa,\nProficy & Windchill\nExperience in Test process, Vibration, ATP and ESS\nGood Communication and time keeping skills\nPerformed thorough visual and physical inspections of all parts
