Job DescriptionJob Description

• Lead crew by developing, educating, and guiding in proper maintenance and schedule daily shift work to complete preventive maintenance activities, prioritize break-in work according to established critical equipment list.
• Ensure all supervised employees meet annual safety training requirements, continuing education for licensing, and adhere to all government regulations as well as Company policies and procedures.
• Oversee PM of valves & monitoring systems.
• Oversee the monitoring and calibration of temperature monitoring systems, thermocouples, vacuum instruments, PH probes, and pressure gauges.
• Respond to breakdowns and make repairs to minimize downtime.
• Provide direction to hourly employees.
• Provide training on equipment to other employees.
• Proficiency with plant mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain record keeping for spare parts used for maintaining equipment.
• Maintain and update blueprints.
