Wiring Assembler – Precision Harness Builder & Electrical Assembler

Join our dynamic production team and bring complex wiring systems to life! We’re looking for a skilled Wiring Assembler to measure, cut, terminate, route, and tie wires into high-quality harnesses that power the products our customers rely on. You’ll work hands-on with electrical components, perform soldering and crimping, and ensure every assembly meets rigorous quality standards through testing and inspection.


Shift & Pay

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Saturday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Overtime Required) A lot of Overtime
  • Average Hours: 50–55 hours per week
  • Pay Rate: $22–$23/hour (Based on Experience)


What You’ll Do

  • Assemble with Precision: Route, cut, wrap, and tie wires according to detailed specifications.
  • Install Components: Integrate harnesses, wires, and sub-assemblies into devices and equipment.
  • Test for Quality: Perform continuity and functional testing to ensure every assembly meets exacting standards.
  • Solder & Crimp: Attach wires securely to terminals and connectors using hand tools and soldering equipment.
  • Inspect & Verify: Conduct thorough visual inspections for proper connections and detect potential defects.
  • Maintain Tools: Keep equipment clean, calibrated, and in safe working order.
  • Read Blueprints: Interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and work orders accurately.
  • Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and repair wiring or harness issues as needed.


What You’ll Bring

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and understanding codes.
    • Familiarity with hand and power tools used in electrical assembly.
    • Working knowledge of quality and safety standards.
  • Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and steady precision for small-component work.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy and consistency in every connection.
  • Teamwork: Dependable collaborator within a fast-paced production environment.
  • Experience: 1+ year in wiring, harness assembly, or electrical manufacturing.


Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality systems
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work on your feet for 10-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
  • Lift/move up to 30 lbs. repetitively
  • Comply with all PPE and safety requirements
