Location: Shakopee, MN
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Pay: $20–$25 per hour
Type: Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to install wiring and assemble electrical components using blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Responsibilities

• Install and wire switches, meters, analyzers, transmitters, and other devices.
• Cut, strip, bend, and form wire, cable, conduit, pipe, and tubing.
• Connect -coded wires in compact spaces.
• Solder connections and crimp connectors onto wire ends.
• Adjust and inspect electrical assemblies.
• Identify blueprint or production issues and communicate them to the lead or engineer.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

• One to two years of electrical assembly or related experience.
• Associate degree or technical-school training .
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Basic soldering and crimping experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working around electrical equipment.
