Job Title: Electrical Assembly Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic team responsible for the electrical assembly of various drives and electric transformers. You will work primarily on the low voltage line, following work orders and eventually using schematics. Our team members collaborate closely in groups of 2-4, utilizing a variety of hand and power tools to achieve successful assembly.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical assembly of drives and electric transformers.
• Follow work orders and schematics for precise assembly.
• Collaborate in teams of 2-4 to complete tasks efficiently.
• Utilize various hand and power tools for assembly purposes.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of assembly experience in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Experience in blueprint or schematic reading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical or wire diagrams.
• Soldering and electronic assembly experience.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, well-lit manufacturing environment during 1st shift hours: 5am - 5pm, Friday through Sunday. Safety is a priority, requiring steel-toed shoes and safety glasses. Be part of a growing company, moving into a brand-new facility with plans to add 1200 jobs over the next 8-10 years.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.27 - $20.07/hr.
