Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for electrical assembly? We are looking for an Electrical Assembler to join a production team located in Troy, MI. In this role, you will be the hands-on expert responsible for bringing rectifiers to lifefrom interpreting complex schematics to the precision wiring of sub-assembly panels.

Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the end-to-end assembly of rectifier components and transformer preparation:

• Sub-Assembly & Wiring: Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to assemble and wire control panels and output panels.

• Transformer Preparation: Prepare critical components by stripping and lugging wires, cleaning parts, and ensuring all materials meet specifications.

• Precision Fabrication: Measure and cut materials accurately using a punch press machine.

• Quality Control: Visually inspect all parts produced to ensure they meet our rigorous quality and safety standards.

• Material Handling: Safely move, lift, and carry metal materials (up to 50 lbs) and utilize mechanical lifts when necessary.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Technical Literacy: Ability to read, write, and comprehend plant directives and complex instructions.

• Physical Capability: Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.

• Safety First: Ability to safely operate machinery and strictly adhere to all PPE requirements (including eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection).

Additional Skills:

• Electrical Expertise: Previous experience in panel wiring and cable assembly is highly .

• Schematic Proficiency: A solid foundational understanding of blueprints, electrical assembly, and schematics.

• Hours: Monday-Friday, could require some Saturdays. 5:30am-2pm, can work over time.

• Compensation: $21.00/hr.
