Electrical Assembler in Stafford

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position involves assembling electrical control panels, enclosures, and related components while following electrical schematics, layout drawings, and work instructions. Candidates must have previous electrical assembly or panel shop experience and hold a current IPC certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
• Assemble electrical panels, enclosures, and sub-assemblies
• Route, terminate, label, and secure wiring
• Install electrical components including terminals, relays, switches, breakers, and other devices
• Perform soldering, crimping, and wire termination as required
• Drill, mount, and fasten components to panels and enclosures
• Conduct continuity checks and basic electrical testing
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing or panel shop environment
• Current IPC Certification required (IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, or equivalent)
• Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Soldering experience
• Experience with wire routing, crimping, and electrical terminations
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Valid Driver's License required
