Electrical Assembler– Sarasota, FL

Job Summary:

Adecco is currently hiring for a Electrical Assembler in Sarasota, FL. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ideal for someone with electrical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You’ll be responsible for assembling, testing, and preparing high-quality products that meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sub-assembly of fabricated parts and components
• Test and calibrate assemblies to meet product specifications and tolerances
• Assemble Electrical units using hand tools, power tools, and grinding equipment
• Conduct quality inspections and report any non-conformities
• Apply steel finishing techniques to prepare products for powder coating
• Assist in coordinating product flow throughout the manufacturing process
• Report part shortages, outages, and quality concerns to supervisors
• Learn and support cut/bend processes as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate within standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with fabricators and team members to meet production goals
• Achieve daily production schedule and contribute to team success
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills for time and attendance tracking
• Bilingual (Spanish) but not required
• Previous experience in a production or assembly environment is a plus

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
