4/10 work schedule Monday - Thursday
Temp to hire
1st shift: 6am - 4:30pm
Pay rate: $20 - $23/hr

Summary:
The Electrical Assembler II, under moderate guidance, will perform processes to manufacture a finished product, using small hand tools and soldering skills per manufacturing instructions in the cell, in accordance with company policy and safety procedures. May assist in training Assembler I associates.

o Performs a variety of routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with company instructions and procedures
o Conducts inspections of own and /or other associates work to insure correctness in accordance with company and /or customer drawing
o Prepares lead wires,
o Performs advanced test functions.
o Shapes, connects and installs coils, solder, braze and fuse connections.
o Performs advanced installation,
o Performs marking and cleaning process,
o May solder and assemble, electro-mechanical or mechanical assemblies/subassemblies using blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturing instructions to conform to quality specifications
o May solder connections and electronic components to circuit boards
o May use coating equipment.
o May read calipers.
o May use microscope.
o May use small hand and electric tools.
o May clean and mark surfaces to indicate measurements.
o Ability to be trained to use simple machines such as lathes, drill press and balance machines.
o Actively demonstrates all safety policies and procedures
o Soldering
o Inspection
o Mechanical Assembly
o Bonding or Gluing
o Basic Testing
o Other specialized processes as required by manufacturing outlines
o Moderate paperwork requirements such as M.O. preparation.
o Test reports, filling out and maintaining one or more required report
o Performs other assigned duties as required.

Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent certificate (GED) is required.
Years’ Experience: 0 - 2 years of relevant experience
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required. Variable schedule(s) and additional hours may be required as necessary.
