Electrical Assembler in Milwaukee

Hours - 6:00am -2:30pm M-F
Pay- $21-$25/hr
Electrical Assembler
Under the supervision of the Electrical Assembly Lead, the Electrical Mechanical Assembly Team Member is responsible for final assembly operations of medical carts and enclosures while meeting quality and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform wiring, soldering, electrical testing, electrical assembly, and sub-assembly for medical device applications in a climate- and particulate-controlled environment.
- Follow electrostatic discharge (ESD) requirements and ISO Class 5 clean room standards.
- Use precision torque tools and complete tasks according to electrical assembly work instructions.
- Based on production needs, complete mechanical final assembly and/or subassembly of medical products on an assembly line.
- Verify parts and inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Consistently follow PPE requirements, workplace safety procedures, and all company regulations.
- Troubleshoot equipment and assembly builds as needed.
- Maintain an organized 6S work area through regular housekeeping.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to advance to Level Two and Level Three team member status.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints .
- Strong manual dexterity for assembling small components.
- Ability to distinguish colors accurately.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent sitting, standing, speaking, hearing, close vision, vision, and use of hands/fingers requiring high dexterity.
- Occasional lifting and moving of materials up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise level.
- Portions of the production facility may not be temperature controlled.
