Electric Assembler
Location: El Cajon, CA
Position Overview
Adecco is currently seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Electric Assembler to support manufacturing operations in El Cajon, CA. This role involves precision electrical and mechanical assembly in a production environment.
Responsibilities
· Perform cleaning, coil winding, and shield and strap cutting
· Solder components using a soldering iron and perform solder reflow on a hotplate
· Regularly operate a 10x microscope for detailed inspection and assembly work
· Follow written and verbal work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy
Qualifications
· U.S. or Permanent status required
· Prior mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience
· Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions
· Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Pay & Benefits
· $18–$20 per hour
· Weekly paycheck

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
