This Electrical Assembler role offers hands-on soldering work, predictable shifts and strong earning potential.\n\nAs a Electrical Assembler, you will benefit from:\n\n4-day working week, giving you a long weekend every week\nFixed-term contract for at least 12 months, offering genuine job security\nDirect employment with the company, not agency-based work\nFlexible start and finish times to support public transport users\nOvertime available on Fridays and Saturdays at 1.5x, and Sundays at 2x\nA facility that’s less than ten years old\nAs a Electrical Assembler, your responsibilities will include:\n\nWorking in a flow-line production environment assembling electrical products\nCompleting fine soldering on PCB boards, wires and electronic components\nBuilding, testing and packing joystick and control assemblies\nReading and following technical drawings and work instructions\nUsing mechanical hand tools to complete accurate, repeatable builds\nMaintaining high quality, safety and productivity standards\nAs a Electrical Assembler, your experience will include:\n\nStrong soldering skills as a primary requirement, particularly on PCB assemblies\nAbility to read and understand technical drawings\nConfidence using mechanical hand tools such as screwdrivers, strippers and cutters\nExperience within an electrical or electromechanical assembly environment\nComfort working with repetitive and routine tasks\nBasic IT skills for clock-in and production systems\nIf you're ready to take the next step in your career as a Electrical Assembler, enjoying a 4-day week with overtime flexibility, we’d love to hear from you.
