Electrical Assembler
Location: Northwest Austin
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
We are hiring an Electrical Assembler to join a growing operations team. This position is ideal for someone with basic electronics or assembly experience who is eager to learn electronic troubleshooting and repair. The company is willing to train the right candidate who has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
Assemble, test, and inspect electronic components and equipment.
Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with electronic repairs.
Read work instructions, diagrams, and assembly documentation.
Document work completed and maintain accurate production records.
Follow quality standards, ESD procedures, and safety guidelines.
Maintain an organized and clean work area.
Support production goals while ensuring quality workmanship.
Work with team members to meet daily production schedules.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous electronic assembly, manufacturing, or production experience .
Basic understanding of electronic components and hand tools.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions and diagrams.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn new skills.
Experience with soldering or electronic repair is a plus, but not required.
