Kelly is hiring Electronic Assemblers on behalf of a leading manufacturer of power distribution centers and electrical enclosures. If you enjoy hands-on electrical assembly work and want a stable schedule with strong benefits upon hire, this is a great opportunity.
Pay & Schedule
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $16.00 – $20.00/hr (based on experience)
• 4-day work week (OT may be required on Fridays)
1st Shift: 5:30am – 3:30pm
2nd Shift: 3:30pm – 1:30am
What You’ll Do
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Assemble electrical components based on work instructions
• Label, lug, terminate, and route control wiring
• Use hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers
• Operate portable power tools and work on ladders as required
Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 50 lbs independently (team lift or lifting equipment required for heavier items)
• Ability to work on ladders
• Ability to sit, stand, squat, and bend throughout the shift
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and understand production drawings and written instructions in English
• Strong problem-solving skills in standardized work situations
• Previous electrical or electronic assembly experience
