Position – Electrical Assembler

Job Location – Milwaukee, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift, 6:00am to 3:30pm Monday-Thursday and 6am-10am on Friday

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience $18-$19 an hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

We are looking for a Electrical Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both mechanical and electrical assembly and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for assembling high-end commercial light fixtures, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire indoor and outdoor commercial light fixtures using various hand and power tools.
• Follow detailed computer-based instructions and schematics to ensure precise and accurate assembly.
• Perform quality assurance checks on each assembled product to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
• Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in both mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.
